Montessori Parent Child Center, LLC – Participant Agreement

Thank you for choosing Montessori Parent Child Center, LLC. We are excited to support your parenting journey through our workshops, coaching, and consulting services with Ariane Le Carboulec. Please review the following terms carefully to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

1. Educational Purpose Only

The content of our workshops, Q&A sessions, or coaching and consulting services is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. For specific concerns, please consult the appropriate professionals.

2. Confidentiality and Respect

Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of other attendees by not sharing personal information discussed during workshops, Q&A sessions, or coaching/consulting services.

For Workshops and Q&A Sessions Involving Non-Signed Individuals (e.g., caregivers):

• Participant Responsibility: You agree to inform non-signed individuals of these terms, including the expectation to maintain confidentiality and show respect for other participants.

3. Assumption of Risks

By participating, you acknowledge the following:

• Your Responsibility: You accept all risks associated with applying the strategies and insights shared during workshops, Q&A sessions, or coaching/consulting services, including any unintended emotional or practical challenges.
• Unpredictable Outcomes: Results may vary based on individual circumstances and factors beyond the control of Montessori Parent Child Center, LLC, or Ariane Le Carboulec.

4. Personal Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the decisions you make based on the content provided. Montessori Parent Child Center, LLC, and Ariane Le Carboulec cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from the application of strategies or information shared during workshops, Q&A sessions, or coaching/consulting services.

5. Participation by Non-Signed Individuals

If family members, caregivers, or other guests attend workshops, Q&A sessions, or coaching/consulting services, they do so under the following terms:

• Assumed Communication: You agree to inform non-signed individuals of these terms prior to their participation.
• Acknowledgment of Terms: By attending, they accept these terms and conditions, even if they have not signed this agreement themselves.
• Release of Liability: Non-signed participants release Montessori Parent Child Center, LLC, and Ariane Le Carboulec from liability for any claims related to their participation.

6. Media Consent

• Workshops and Q&A Sessions: By participating, you agree that photographs or videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
• Opt-Out Option: If you do not consent, email info@MontessoriParentChildCenter.org at least 24 hours before the event. Include your full name and the date of the event in your request.
• Individual Coaching and Consulting Services (Including Add-Ons): These sessions will not be recorded.

7. Recording and Intellectual Property

To maintain privacy and protect intellectual property:

• No Recording: Recording, screenshots, or capturing any part of the workshop, Q&A session, or coaching/consulting services in video or audio formats is strictly prohibited.
• Materials Protection: All materials, including handouts and presentations, are the intellectual property of Montessori Parent Child Center, LLC, and may not be copied, shared, or used without explicit written permission.

8. Payment and Cancellation Policies

Workshops, Q&A Sessions, and Add-Ons (Coaching and Consulting Services):

• No Refunds: Refunds are not available for workshops, Q&A sessions, or add-ons.
• Credits for Future Services:
  • Cancellations made with at least 48 business hours’ notice (Monday–Friday) before the start of the workshop, or the first workshop in a series for bundles, are eligible for full credit toward future services.
  • Bundles are sold as a single package, and partial cancellations are not permitted. Participants who are unable to attend one or more workshops within the bundle will forfeit those sessions. No refunds or credits will be provided for forfeited sessions.
  • Credits for future services may only be issued if notice of cancellation for the entire bundle is provided at least 48 business hours before the start of the first workshop in the series.
  • Credits must be used within one year of the cancellation date; unused credits will be forfeited.
• Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made with less than 48 business hours’ notice before the start of the workshop or the first workshop in a series for bundles, or for missed sessions.

9. Cancellations Initiated by MPCC

If Montessori Parent Child Center, LLC must cancel a workshop, Q&A session, or coaching/consulting service due to weather, illness, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified and may request either:

• A full refund, or
• Credit to use toward any future program at Montessori Parent Child Center.

10. Make-Up Sessions

Workshops and Q&A sessions are one-time events; therefore, make-up sessions are not available for missed sessions.

11. Technical Disruptions

Participants are responsible for ensuring reliable internet connections and working devices to attend online workshops, Q&A sessions, or coaching/consulting services. Montessori Parent Child Center, LLC, and Ariane Le Carboulec are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or missed content caused by participant-side technical issues. No refunds or credits will be issued for such disruptions.

12. Governing Law and Venue

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

13. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
